Requirements

2-year associate degree
RN License
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
ACLS
PALS
CNOR within 1 year

Nice To Haves

4-year bachelor’s degree
3 to 5 years of surgical experience
AORN membership

Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor will uphold the mission and values of Hillcrest Healthcare System, actively advocating for quality patient care, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency.
As a member of the leadership team, this individual will participate in system planning, budgeting, workforce management, and program development to ensure care meets HHS standards.
The Clinical Supervisor may also supplement staffing as a circulator or Charge Nurse when needed.
This role requires adherence to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
