About The Position

The Supervisor, Right of Way (ROW) at Colonial Pipeline Company is responsible for ensuring the protection of the company's Right of Way, easements, and pipelines. This role involves negotiating and administering contract terms with external entities, managing Pipeline Operators, and overseeing the training and performance of contract personnel. The Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining relationships with external service providers and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution; combination of experience and/or education considered.
• 5+ years of ROW/Land Management and/or Pipeline industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to provide coaching and feedback.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record; ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to work extended hours, holidays, and/or weekends as required.
• Completion of OSHA 3015 Excavation, Trenching and Soil Mechanics Course.
• Knowledge of Engineering Standards, material specifications, pipeline operations, and regulatory requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, mentor, and provide feedback to Pipeline Operators to maintain excellence in field Right of Way positions.
• Ensure personnel are trained to competency through management of the training process and ongoing mentoring.
• Negotiate, document, and procure services for ROW accommodations, agreements, acquisitions, and damage settlements.
• Prepare ROW project budgets, complete monthly forecasts, and make decisions to support financial goals.
• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with external Right of Way service providers and professional organizations.
• Engage in company-sponsored internal and external training programs as required.
