About The Position

The Supervisor plays a vital leadership role in overseeing teams that drive key Revenue Cycle operations. This position leads and manages staff responsible for essential functions across multiple service lines and payer types—including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and specialty arrangements—supporting all Swedish acute ministries and affiliated clinics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: preferred fields: Finance, Business or Healthcare --or-- Equivalent educ/experience
• 6 years of experience in revenue cycle, healthcare, banking or finance, or cash applications or billing or denials or follow-up in a healthcare system or large financial services organization
• 4 years of leadership experience

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of Epic Healthcare Systems experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams that support critical Revenue Cycle functions.
• Oversee Denials Management operations.
• Direct Billing and Follow-Up activities (Regulatory and Commercial).
• Manage Accounts Receivable processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely Cash Reconciliation.
• Maintain operational excellence across diverse payer types and service lines.
• Support revenue cycle performance for all Swedish acute ministries and associated clinics.
