About The Position

The Supervisor Revenue Cycle serves as the day-to-day leader for tasks related to billing, customer service, denials, refunds, and/or denials. The supervisor monitors productivity for staff and reviews the data as well as providing assistance to reach the goal. The supervisor contributes to the net revenue collection and meeting or exceeding other key performance metrics within revenue cycle for Centra.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day tasks related to billing and customer service.
• Monitor staff productivity and review performance data.
• Provide assistance to staff to help them reach their goals.
• Contribute to net revenue collection.
• Ensure key performance metrics within the revenue cycle are met or exceeded.
