About The Position

Responsible for the daily supervision of associates thru leadership and development of the team. Responsible for the daily execution of merchandising & store standards, setting planograms and communicating sales and service goals to the team. Ability to perform all register/cash handling/loss prevention functions in accordance with the company standards. Facilitate staffing needs to ensure on time opening and closing procedures for all stores Direct the replenishment of merchandise/supplies,maintain stockroom organization, and engage in receiving functions procedures Achieve sales goals by adhering to company performance metrics, implementing promotional programs, and executing special event

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment supervising others
  • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 days team oriented environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively using the English language
  • Strong interpersonal/organizationalskills with ability to motivate others
  • Self-starter able to prioritize various tasks and adapt to unexpected situations simultaneously
  • Proficiency required in reading, writing, mathematics, cash handling/ reporting
  • Ability to meet FAA requirements for a Federal Criminal History Record check and a company background check
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, and walking long distances

Nice To Haves

  • Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office preferred
