About The Position

Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor for the Respiratory Therapy department. This position is part-time and will require working night shifts. The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the respiratory therapy team, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with hospital policies and procedures. The role includes managing staff schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training and support to team members. The Supervisor will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients requiring respiratory care.

Requirements

• Current Respiratory Care License
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in respiratory therapy
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a hospital setting
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
