How you’ll contribute A Supervisor, Respiratory who excels in this role: Provides direct supervision of assignments and workflow daily for the Respiratory Therapy Department Develops department work schedule and call schedule. Delivers and assesses response to ordered therapy per plan of care. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Evaluates respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes, current research, and best practices.ag Assists in the implementation of new policies and keeps employees abreast of new developments.
