About The Position

The Supervisor-Rehab Services is responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations while addressing clinical issues, advancing clinical practice guideline development, enhanced clinical efficiencies, performance management, and staff development. Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services. Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and executes on treatment plan as outlined by plan of care. Serves as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers and self-professional advancement. Performs other professional duties associated with the care of patient, development of therapy program services, and engagement and development of interdisciplinary teams. Responsible for organizing the administrative and clinical aspects of therapy services in the assigned departments and/or locations. This may include inpatient, outpatient and/or both services. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology is required.
  • 3 years of clinical experience as a therapist is required.
  • 1 year of progressive leadership experience is required.
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology is preferred.
  • Board Certification (e.g. CHT,OCS, etc.) which meets rigorous standards of maintenance or certification is preferred.
