About The Position
The Supervisor-Registration is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the Registration functions and supervising assigned personnel. This role emphasizes productivity, accuracy, and patient care while maintaining positive relationships with physicians, employees, and patients. The supervisor develops plans to achieve objectives and standards for the Patient Service Representatives (PSR) and performs additional duties as needed.
