About The Position

Oversees the implementation of various quality assurance and continuous improvement programs and collaborates with key business stakeholders to build a quality compliant environment.

Requirements

Master's degree in Engineering, specializing in Quality or a related field.
5+ years of experience within the automotive industry.
Specialized knowledge in electronics, physics, mechanics, and plastics
Strong decision-making ability
Solid statistical knowledge (SPC, MSA, AIAG, and related standards)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good English proficiency, both spoken and written
Certified VDA 6.3 Internal Auditor
Certified IATF 16949 Internal Auditor

Nice To Haves

Green Belt certification (preferred / nice to have)

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve Quality Assurance per IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
Act as main contact for customers on quality issues and escalations.
Monitor PPM, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with TE strategy, Quality Policy, and legal/safety standards.
Support teams in safe work practices and environmental goals.
Lead continuous improvement to boost customer satisfaction.
Stop production or shipment when quality standards aren't met.
Handle customer complaints, audits, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and align with business objectives.
Manage the local quality team and set measurable goals.
Prepare regular quality reports and share with stakeholders.
Drive TEOA and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Share best practices and ensure strong internal communication.
Coach and develop quality team members.
Collaborate with SQD and AQE teams and support EMEA improvement projects.
