The Supervisor, Quality Control will lead, monitor and guide day to day testing activities in the Quality Control laboratory. The Supervisor works with and trains Technicians to conduct testing on raw materials and final products, reviews test results for accuracy and assures the tests adhere to internal SOPs and guidelines. The Supervisor will also communicate to other departments outside of the QC lab to report test results for release, screening, and stability. This position will maintain the bench work in compliance with cGMP & ISO 17025 requirements including Herbalife protocols, policies and procedures.
