The Supervisor Quality Control invests in the future of Southwest’s People in their work supporting our Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Team with overseeing and training inspection personnel. This role is also responsible for the administration of policies and procedures in the Quality Control Department and provides guidance to the QC Inspector Team. This Supervisor is passionate about developing and championing their Team, continually learning and improving, and working to ensure a safe, compliant operation for all of Southwest’s People. Additional details: This role supports all hours of the Southwest Operation, including early mornings, late evenings, and holidays.
