About The Position

Quality Assurance contributes to Cardinal Health by developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications. The role involves creating a compliant and cost-effective quality system that assures products and services are reliable, safe, and effective. This job family provides oversight of production/manufacturing activities, training to operational and quality control personnel, and educates business leaders on Quality policies and procedures, ensuring that all products and services are properly reviewed for quality and documented.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams to address issues as appropriate.
• Lead a group of QA focused on quality control/quality assurance activities such as the release of products.
• Lead and/or support quality improvement initiatives, including CAPAs and projects to support Operational Excellence.
• May lead investigations on customer complaints.
