About The Position
Overlake has an amazing leadership opportunity for a Supervisor Psychiatry. In collaboration with the manager, the Supervisor oversees the daily operations and clinical functions of all Overlake psychiatric services, including both the inpatient behavioral health unit and the outpatient clinic. Ensures effective delivery of psychiatric care and services, including clinical assessments, disposition planning, crisis intervention, and psychosocial support. Collaborates with providers and supports staff by providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and fostering an environment of collaboration and high-quality patient care. Assists in budget development and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Works with the manager to develop and implement a marketing plan for growth and maintenance of the referral base. A strong emphasis will be placed on leadership, team development, continuous quality improvement, and building strong relationships within the organization and community to improve patient outcomes.
