Requirements

• Fluent in reading and understanding blueprints.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/assembly plants.
• Fluency in OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each station to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Maintain open lines of communication between team members, management and executives.
• Ensure that resources and assets are used correctly and efficiently.
