About The Position

Manage daily operations of processing functions and maintenance of processing infrastructure ensuring service level agreements are met in support of clients and company mission-critical business requirements. Schedule: Night shift, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday OR Wednesday, Thursday, Friday What You Will Be Doing: Manage daily operations of processing functions and maintenance of processing infrastructure, ensuring service level agreements are met in support of clients and company mission-critical business requirements Oversee 30-35 people in a production environment, including staffing and assigning tasks to leads and direct reports Set and achieve daily production goals and plan for longer-term SLAs, typically on a weekly basis Manage multiple job functions through the card production process (printing, embossing, kitting, shipping) Serve multiple customers daily, handle escalations, and solve problems Provide guidance, hold the team accountable to goals, and manage productivity Operate and manage people using equipment/machinery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience leading 20+ direct reports in a manufacturing environment with people and equipment (electronic equipment)
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Knowledge of all processing phases and administration
  • Proficiency with communication, escalation management, and project management methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, team, and time management skills
  • Ability to evaluate performance capabilities, counsel subordinates, and make projections of future expenses based on past expenditures
  • Ability to operate independently
