How You'll Do It: Lead daily production to ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets Identify and resolve production issues; implement solutions to prevent recurrence Serve as a liaison between associates and management; support teams through change Lead daily cell meetings and set clear expectations for each shift Monitor production hourly, remove bottlenecks, and take corrective action Drive standardized work, audits, and continuous improvement Develop and coach associates to build skills and bench strength Review schedules, assign work, and estimate labor needs Promote and enforce safety standards and safe work practices What You'll Bring: 3-5 years related experience in a Lean manufacturing environment in a supervisory role. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
