The Supervisor, Production (2nd Shift) supervises and coordinates activities of hourly employees and lead persons of a production department or section by performing the following duties. The Supervisor, Production (2nd Shift) directly supervises up to 70 employees in the various Heater or Boiler Departments. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
