About The Position

The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of their shift, ensuring that production and quality is done to the best of everyone’s ability. This includes supervising press operators, forklift operators, leads, and training personnel. The supervisor must ensure that employees have the necessary tools to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English with or without a translator (speak, read, and write legibly).
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Record times and fill out payroll sheets.
• Troubleshoot jobs.
• Set up presses.
• Fill out schedule for Saturday & Sunday for first shift.
• Schedule vacations.
• Maintain regular attendance records for required work schedule.
• Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.
