About The Position
The Scheduling & Admission Planning Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight, coordination, and optimization of operating room scheduling and admission planning operations. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the surgical schedule, while aligning staffing, resources, and workflows to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Working in close collaboration with the Scheduling Operations Manager, this role supports operational execution, staff supervision, and workflow standardization. The Supervisor serves as a frontline leader, ensuring adherence to departmental expectations, resolving scheduling conflicts, and driving continuous improvement in scheduling practices.
