About The Position

We are looking for a Supervisor, Post Purchase Sales to lead and develop a team within our Post Purchase Sales organization. In this role, you will act as a player-coach, driving sales performance, coaching team members, and leading by example to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a sales agent in a call center or inside sales environment
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of inside sales agents to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance
  • Monitor sales activity, productivity, and adherence to established processes
  • Support employee development through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
  • Assist in driving sales initiatives, contests, and team engagement efforts
  • Take escalated calls and support agents in closing complex opportunities
  • Identify performance trends and provide insights to leadership
  • Support underperforming team members with targeted coaching and development plans
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and sales expertise
