The Post Production Supervisor is responsible for building, leading, and operationalizing the post-production function within the Content Production team. As a newly established role, this position will define the vision, structure, systems, and standards that underpin all editing, retouching, finishing, and asset delivery workflows across photo, video, and live-stream productions. Reporting into the VP of Content Production, the Post Production Supervisor serves as the strategic and operational lead for post. This role will design and implement scalable pipelines that ensure technical precision, creative integrity, and predictable delivery across a high-volume, multi-format production environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a post-production expert who combines creative fluency with operational discipline—someone capable of building a department from the ground up while maintaining world-class standards.
