About The Position

As a Player Service Supervisor you are responsible for the activities of the Cage & Credit department as subject to established company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Tracks and investigates all overages and shortage
  • Approves credit limits and over limit extensions within guidelines established by check cashing procedures.
  • Ensures all department employees are following proper policy and procedures as stipulated by the company and by the department.
  • Maintains accurate accountability for all funds assigned.
