About The Position
The General Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a CNC machining facility. They play a vital role in ensuring safety compliance, adherence to quality procedures, and the efficient and effective attainment of production targets, goals, and objectives. The General Supervisor manages their own production shift and off shift Production Supervisors, coordinates the use of materials and machinery, and implements procedures to optimize productivity.
