The primary focus of this role is personnel and scheduling of product. The position involves overseeing maintenance leads, managing schedules, coaching employees, and handling attendance and disciplinary actions for those under supervision. The role requires collaboration with other managers and supervisors to share resources and address material shortages, as well as scheduling overtime as needed. Additionally, the position includes updating Tier boards, managing Tier meetings, ensuring tool cycle tags are stamped, and tracking work in process while reviewing material and labor variances to make recommendations.
