Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance Planning & Reliability, the Supervisor, Planning contributes to the safe and reliable operation of the facility by overseeing the planning of base maintenance and non-turnaround outage work orders. This role ensures work orders are prioritized, planned, and ready for scheduling before the execution date. The successful candidate for this role will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present information effectively. The ability to lead, coach, and influence teams, with experience in performance management will be considered an asset in this role. This position is located at Nutrien's Redwater, Alberta site and is not available for remote work.
