About The Position

MultiCare’s Pulse Heart Institute is a physician led institute with multi-specialty partnership with Cardiothoracic surgery, vascular and cardiovascular service lines. Our team and state-of-the-art programs create a world-class health care organization and the destination center for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular care with complex structural heart disease and interventions, advanced heart failure service as well as advanced imaging with cutting edge technologies. FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days 8:00a-5:00p, Schedule: Mon-Fri The Supervisor PHI is responsible for the daily financial and operational performance and supervision of staff in multiple locations and service areas. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of comprehensive high-quality clinical services that meet or exceed established standards of care/practice. The department serves patients in an outpatient and or inpatient setting and is responsible for integrating patient care across departments within MultiCare Health System. This is a supervisory, professional level position that requires independent judgment and discretion in decision-making. Work situations require interpretation and/or the development of policies, best practices, and procedures: leadership; optimization of financial and operational performance of the department; developing and training talent; managing information and leading change.

Requirements

Associates degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
(Minimum three years) experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or supervisory role required
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity
2 years of experience in related professional or technical role/function
