Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Specialty Pharmacy Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
• Refining, creating, improving, and scaling core service offerings across Froedtert ThedaCare
• Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding staff to support a growing and evolving team.
• Facilitating performance improvement initiatives, productivity measurement and accountability and participating in reporting of key quality and performance measures.
• Collaborating with FHPS leadership to advance growth, quality, safety, and satisfaction goals across pharmacy programs.
• Promoting high-quality clinical care, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement and well-being.
• Supporting student and resident preceptorship and learner rotations.
• Ensuring quality and regulatory compliance with various accreditation standards and pharmacy laws and regulations, where applicable.
• Other duties assigned if needed.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy is required. Experience in supervision or management is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE certified school of pharmacy or a PharmD. is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Demonstrates proficiencies in such areas as: patient education, mediation counseling, appropriate drug utilization, inventory control, pharmacy law, third party billing and computer systems.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
Current WI state license as a Registered Pharmacist is required.
