About The Position

This position is responsible for oversight of Sterile Compounding Center (SCC) technician training, ongoing competence and process, and product quality control. Additional responsibilities include technician scheduling, directing technician workflow, interviewing, hiring, orientation, and performance evaluations. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing department goals and objectives, and policies and procedures. These duties are performed under the immediate supervision and control of the Pharmacy Operations Manager. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

• PharmD, or equivalent educ/experience
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
• 2 years work experience as a licensed pharmacist

Nice To Haves

• Upon hire: Additional state license (Idaho/Montana)
• 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Hospital or home infusion experience in sterile parenteral product preparation preferred.
