The role also includes performing employee orientation, providing continual training, and participating in annual evaluations. The individual will support the pharmacist-in-charge and collaborate with the pharmacy leadership team on departmental initiatives related to medication safety, including developing and overseeing programs to ensure safe medication use, conducting safety audits, and providing education to healthcare professionals.
