Supports the Patient Relations Manager in oversight of day to day operations of the Patient Relations Department in concert with the Administrative Director of Consumer Experience. The supervisor will function as the first line of support and offer direct supervisor to the 9 Consumer Experience Advisors, 2 Patient Relations Administrative Coordinators, and Belongings Specialists as well as maintain cases that require escalation or leadership involvement.
