Supervisor Patient Access Full Time, Night Shift
About The Position
The Supervisor, Patient Access is responsible for the 24/7 supervision of the on-site Access Services staff, which may also include PBX, patient scheduling, clinic registrars and off-site locations. Hospital Access Services departments facilitate patient, visitor and provider interactions within their ministry including access to both information and care. Requirements
- 3 years - Experience in an integrated healthcare system in any aspect of access services or a related position.
- 1 year - Personnel management, supervisory or lead experience of a team(s) of 5 or more; 2 years experience preferred.
- Demonstrates experience designing and implementing process changes, and successfully implementing standardized operational improvements, in collaboration with other leadership.

- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred field: Healthcare related or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) upon hire.
- Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) upon hire.
- Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) upon hire.
