About The Position

Providing leadership and supervising the employees and daily operations of facility-based Patient Access Services. Functional areas that report to this position could include IP/OP and ED registration, Financial Counseling, as well as others as assigned. The supervisor may service one or more hospital facilities.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience Required

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s from a recognized college or university Preferred
• 5 years of related Revenue Cycle healthcare experience, preferably within PAS Preferred
• 2 years of supervisory experience Preferred
• Previous Epic experience Preferred
• Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association Preferred or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Preferred
