Description Supervisor Patient Access Full Time, Night Shift The Supervisor, Patient Access is responsible for the 24/7 supervision of the on-site Access Services staff, which may also include PBX, patient scheduling, clinic registrars and off-site locations. Hospital Access Services departments facilitate patient, visitor and provider interactions within their ministry including access to both information and care. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Preferred field: Healthcare related or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) upon hire. Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) upon hire. Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) upon hire. 3 years - Experience in an integrated healthcare system in any aspect of access services or a related position. 1 year - Personnel management, supervisory or lead experience of a team(s) of 5 or more; 2 years experience preferred. Demonstrates experience designing and implementing process changes, and successfully implementing standardized operational improvements, in collaboration with other leadership. Why Join Providence?
