About The Position

The Aftermarket Parts Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction through post-sale products and services, including parts, accessories, and maintenance programs. This role oversees aftermarket parts sales and operational efficiency while leading and motivating the parts sales team.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency utilizing the Salesforce CRM or similar system.
  • Industry knowledge (e.g., automotive, industrial equipment, or related sectors).
  • Budget management and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency utilizing SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow aftermarket parts, accessories, and parts revenue.
  • Establish and monitor sales goals, budgets, and profitability targets.
  • Design and launch programs to drive increased part sales and customer adoption.
  • Lead the Retrofit RFQ process, collaborating with our Customer Care Managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the leadership team.
  • Oversee the complete aftermarket parts process, including quoting, order entry, and fulfillment, to ensure timely, efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and service teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and manage parts sales team.
  • Provide coaching, motivation, and performance management to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Foster a results-driven, customer-focused culture within the team.
