About The Position
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales. Your responsibilities will include opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring that the store operates safely and legally. You will be the face of the store, delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring that customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience. You will also demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge. In addition to customer service, you will assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions. You will receive full training in ear piercing, which is an essential service offered at Claire's. Maintaining the store's appearance is crucial, and you will ensure that it looks presentable and inviting to customers at all times. This position is part-time, allowing for flexibility while still being a key player in the store's operations.
