About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Overwrap (S5)! We’re looking for an experienced production supervisor to lead overwrap operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time | Hourly Non-Exempt | Onsite

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or printing environments with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of overwrap equipment, production processes, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily overwrap production activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Train, mentor, and coach production employees to support performance and growth.
• Partner with management to execute department goals and operational initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor schedules, staffing, and productivity to minimize downtime and waste.
• Maintain production documentation and communicate shift handoffs.
• Enforce safety, security, housekeeping, and quality standards.
