About The Position

As Supervisor of Outpatient Practice, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of assigned clinical areas, guiding staff in care delivery, decision-making, and service excellence. You'll work closely with practice managers and directors to ensure quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Medical Office Management, Business Administration, or 2+ years medical office experience
  • Maryland licensure as required by field
  • Strong typing and computer skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and database systems
  • Frequent walking, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Continuous attention to detail, multitasking, and communication (oral and written)
