As an Operations Supervisor at Maersk Ground Freight, you will be responsible for overseeing a team and leading their tasks. These tasks include loading and unloading materials utilizing a hand truck, reach truck, or forklift. You will maintain a clean and safe work environment, identify any discrepancies in receiving loads against the manifest, and oversee other warehouse agents' performance, reporting any areas of noncompliance to management. You will also update any overages, shortages, and damages in the operating system. This position is located in Tracy, CA, and operates on a night shift from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am.
