About The Position

We are looking for an Insert Operator/Operations Supervisor- Night Shift who will: Report to Design Delivery Center Leader to contribute towards managing the daily work processes, procedures, volumes, and deadlines. Monitor departments daily. Identify and report on inefficiencies and successes. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including maintaining safe working environments. Be responsible for adherence to contractual SLA & OLA standards. Any potential deviation must be escalated and followed up with appropriate documentation. Track all statement holds, reruns, respools, releases and any other special instructions to ensure the correct mailing of products associated with the Production Facility. Coach and provide performance management to a team of 20+ team members. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who: Have a minimum of 3 years of production leadership experience, at a supervisor or lead level with print and mail expertise. Has experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to assess situations and make decisions quickly and can manage workloads to meet contractual Service Level Agreements and OLAs. Are dependable and are open to working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule of 6 PM - 6 AM, including some weekends and holidays. Can use a personal computer and has a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and can perform basic mathematical calculations. Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis. Proficient in English in a business environment.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of production leadership experience, at a supervisor or lead level with print and mail expertise.
