About The Position

Publicis Media UNIT3C is a social marketing and dynamic content center of excellence, specializing in connecting brands to consumers in real-time, social environments. The Operations team manages client-specific operational tasks across virtually every practice area within the agency, including Strategy, Investment, HR, Finance, Invoice Reconciliation, and Agency Administration & Compliance. Our focus is on standardizing tasks and integrating detailed work streams for efficient operations. We create a space for those whose strengths include being highly organized problem-solvers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in planning, operations, finance, project management or data analysis, preferably in a media agency or advertising agency
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related
  • Proficiency in making progress/completing work, even with overlapping deadlines
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office suite, particularly PPT and XLS
  • Quantitative and analytical skills, with a willingness to embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science
  • Experience developing and presenting thoughts and ideas
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, able to write clearly and speak professionally
  • Ability to balance numerous, simultaneous work streams
  • Motivated to ensure a competent team, who has fun while achieving accomplishments
  • Organized, diligent, skilled at time management, dedicated to accuracy, and a strong critical thinker
  • Skilled at nurturing relationships and resolving issues

  • Ensure compliance for tasks such as managing client-specific billing procedures and product codes
  • Extensive reporting including system and billing QA and troubleshooting
