About The Position

As a Supervisor of Operations Support at Red Bull North America, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse and inventory operations. This role requires strong leadership skills to mentor and train team members, as well as the ability to provide corrective feedback when necessary. You will be expected to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and prepare presentation materials for various audiences. The position is based in Waddell, Arizona, and involves a schedule from Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with an additional three hours on one Sunday per month.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations
• Strong mathematical and logistic operations skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
• Understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systems
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
