Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years prior Operations Management experience
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior Operations Management experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership experience is preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Composite experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Direct all work of direct reports
• Communicate with the team, facilitate daily meetings
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Manage the job functions for each team member
• Execute production plans
• Work cross-functionally with all departments and other leaders
• Process team timecards
• Generate and actively work development plans with team members
• Provide team with performance feedback, performance management and performance reviews
