Role ensures efficient office workflow, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between administrative staff and plant departments such as production, quality, warehouse, and leadership.

  • Supervise and support office and administrative staff
  • Coordinate daily office operations, scheduling, and workflow
  • Maintain accurate records related to production, inventory, payroll, and purchasing
  • Serve as a liaison between office staff and plant operations
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices, reports, and internal documentation
  • Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork, timekeeping, and employee records
  • Assist with compliance documentation related to food safety, audits, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in an office supervisory or administrative leadership role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
