Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices in warehouse safety.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as needed.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative and productive work environment.
  • Capable of leading multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish Speaking.
  • 5S – Lean Principles.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including transportation, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor workflow and adjust labor allocation to meet operational demands and service level requirements.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments (partners, procurement, customer service, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency and resolve issues.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipments.
  • Identify process improvements and support the implementation of best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs when necessary.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of warehouse personnel.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing safety policies, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Adhere to, train, monitor and track all regulatory audits (AIB, Safety, DOT, etc.)
