The Supervisor of Staff (“Supervisor”) is an integral member of Community Reach Center’s Resource and Walk-in Crisis Center. The Supervisor under limited supervision, organizes, administers, and oversees the operation of a resource center and walk-in crisis location using evidence based/evidence-informed approaches to assist individuals with behavioral health needs. The Supervisor has administrative oversight of the team including financial, resource, and facilities management. Additionally, the Supervisor will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Program Manager.
