This job is HYBRID and will require regular onsite presence in our North Region Clinics and Locations in the Appleton/Neenah, Wisconsin area. The position monitors the pharmacy service line and the daily activities of the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflows and business goals are achieved. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: employee scheduling, personnel management, recruiting, training pharmacy personnel, performance improvement and customer satisfaction. Assists in implementing key strategic and operational initiatives to meet departmental goals. Assures that patient care is maintained through compliance with the department's quality improvement plan as well as all state and federal pharmacy legislation and statutes. Performs the duties of a pharmacist as needed. Other duties as assigned.
