In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing large-scale capital projects and enhancing equipment reliability at our manufacturing site. You will guide projects from conceptual development through to execution and commissioning, ensuring they align with the business's annual capital plan. In this role, you will also focus on developing and implementing strategies to improve asset availability and performance, while providing leadership and support to your team.
