About The Position

The Patient Care Services Supervisor for Cardio Recovery at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center provides oversight and coordination for a designated clinical program and related patient care areas. Primary focus is supervising daily patient care and ensuring that the care cost-effectively meets quality standards. In addition, provides performance improvement, statistical data collection, patient and community education, and management of organizational change for the program and related patient care areas. Collaborates with the direct supervisor on related goal setting and planning. Provides consistent and timely information and feedback to the direct supervisor, including input regarding financial and/or quality performance and human resource issues.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably related to the area of specialty, is required
  • RN: Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start.
  • BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), or a Bachelor's degree in a related field, is preferred.
