Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral degree in a healthcare field required
• Graduate of an accredited school of clinical practice
• (OTR) Occupational Therapist Registered, or (OT) Occupational Therapist, or (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in the management of an interdisciplinary team preferred
• One to two years clinical and/or management experience required
